we review your information, we will send you an e-mail.

How do I return an item?
Items
may be returned in their un-used state to the following address for
store credit or for exchanges. Special Discount Promotions will not be
applied after the order has been placed. You must enter your coupon
code at the time of purchase in order to recieve any promotional
discounts.
Exchanges
If
the exchange is due to order error on behalf of Southern Belle
Store.com our customers replacement order will be shipped to them at
no charge. If the exchange is due to order error on behalf of our
customer, or the customer wishes to exchange the item, the customer must include a money order for $5.00 with their return for
shipping and handling in order to receive their exchange.
